Enrolment rules

To confirm your enrolment in the classes you need to pay the entire fee for the course no later than ten days before its beginning, by bank transfer to: "ARTE DEL CONVIVIO", BANCA PROSSIMA, IBAN: IT17 G 03359 01600 100000013775, or by visiting our administrative office in person (please phone in advance).

  • Should you cancel the course within 4 days from its beginning, the school will reimburse 50% of the total amount; after this deadline, the school will keep the entire amount.
  • As an alternative, the participant may transfer the enrolment to another person, upon communicating this to the school’s administrative office
  • Should the course not begin due to technical inabilities (teacher’s illness, public transport strike, etc.), the beginning of the course will be postponed by one month at the latest. Should problems in the organisation of the course arise again, participants will receive the entire amount paid.
  • Courses start once a minimum of 8 participants are enrolled
