Elisa’s curiosity and passion for sweets lead her to attend ALMA, one of Italy’s most important pastry schools, where she furthered her knowledge and experimented the world of pastry in its every detail. She received her professional pastry chef diploma that included a prestigious apprenticeship with world champion Luca Mannori a year later in 2014.
She worked alongside important pastry chefs like Emmanuele Forcone, Luca Montersino, Stefano Laghi and Gianluca Aresu.
She moved to Milan to be head pastry chef in the one star Michelin restaurant, Lume. She then worked for two years at the renowned Princi Bakery that included an opportunity to work in London for a while.
She has now returned to the school environment that she has always completely enjoyed because she likes to transmit her art and passion to others in the field.
