Gabriella was born in Milan and began her career in the financial world. She cultivated her cooking hobby by attending different cooking schools like the famous enogastronomic cultural center Altopalato, but also among the better-known kitchens of Angelo Paracucchi, Claudio Sadler and Pietro Leeman.
The dishes she creates using her imagination and enthusiasm are concrete examples of her gastronomic-dietetic philosophy. She collaborates with medical dieticians and nutritionists in creating personalized menus where health, refinement and taste melt together in perfect harmony.
