Maria Letizia left behind her profession as a lawyer and began following her passion for cooking after she and three friends started a catering activity that organized meals and events in businesses and private homes. Success and experience ripened her for a new profession as a teacher.
Since 2007, she has been holding courses at the Fondazione Arte del Convivio where she has proved to be particularly skilled in motivating people to follow their culinary passion.
The students often begin learning the basics of cooking with her, and then go home desiring to cook and experiment.
What satisfies her the most? Watching the first seeds of a passion sprout.
