Leaving behind her lawyer career, she began to pursue her passion for cooking in 2004 when, together with three friends, she started a catering business, organising lunches, dinners and events in private homes and businesses. Success and experience led her to develop her new profession as a teacher.
Since 2007 she holds courses at Fondazione Arte del Convivio showing a particular ability in motivating people in following their culinary passion.
Her pupils often start from her to take their first steps in the kitchen and then return home with a desire to cook and experiment.
Her greatest satisfaction? Seeing the first tiny seed of passion germinate.
