A life spent between Sicily and Milan, a true passion for cooking, which she got from her family where every single person cooked, a previous profession in consultancy and training.
Then came the desire of a specialization and a diploma as natural cuisine (organic-macro-vegan) chef. The road taking her to a cooking profession dedicated to vegetarian and vegan diets thus became strong and concrete.
Today she works as a vegetarian and natural cuisine cook and teacher and, among other things, she coaches those who chose to unite conviviality and wellbeing or to introduce new diet styles, without forgetting her constant research for alchemies that transform natural ingredients into delicious and balanced dishes that are precious for our wellbeing.
