Claudio Saini trained at catering school Carlo Porta in Milan.
Right after completing his studies in 2004 he began to explore different types of cuisine, refining his skills. Driven by his desire to learn and understand he travelled around the world and worked in Australia, the United States, Canada, London, Barcelona and again in Australia. Having returned to Italy with the intention of settling down, he decided to teach Italian cuisine and more. At Arte del Convivio he holds Italian Cooking classes for foreigners and Cooking Team Building sessions in Italian, English and Spanish.
