Chiara Guenzi has two main passions: Food and Travel.
This is the main things you need to know about her. She travelled the world as a Cabin Crew, taking the chance to taste the most genuine cuisine. She learned about cumin in Cuba, in Bangkok about lemongrass, in Australia how to use green ants to marinate, in Singapore Nonya flavours.
When the culinary passion took over, she took her degree at Ashburton Chef Academy and moved to Singapore, where she started her carreer as food docent and private chef. At the present, she is "laying over" in the countryside, close to Milan, where she scouts local products in numerous farms she is lucky to have around and hosts cooking classes. Her portfolio is wide and "multicolored", from kitchen start-ups (like "La Vigna di Leonardo") to coperations with BBC, from taking part of tv show "The Chef" to developing tailored products with local farms, from the start-up of a Food Truck to special events and cooking shows. Food experience is a journey well beyond tastebuds!
She is a certified CTH level 2 Chef, c/o Ashburton Chefs Academy and Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety, c/o Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (UK).
