Born in Milan, after a career in finance she cultivated her hobby by attending various cooking classes including Angelo Paracucchi’s famous Altopalato centre for wine and food culture, and those held by Claudio Sadler and Pietro Leeman, just to name the most famous ones.

The dishes she prepares with creativity and enthusiasm represent her culinary-diet philosophy in the best possible way. She collaborates with dieticians and nutritionists to create personalised menus in which health, elegance and taste blend in perfect harmony.

She transformed cooking into her recipe for happiness, putting together passion and research for what is beautiful, good and true.
