Born and raised in Milan, she discovered and practiced cooking in Tuscany, first in Chianti and then in Mugello where she run “La Bottega dei Gaudenti” in a joint partnership for a long time.
As she’s helplessly creative she couldn’t resist the temptation of “enriching” the excellent yet granitic Tuscan cuisine with more and more creative variations.
Since the autumn of 2009 she collaborates with Arte del Convivio holding courses on Forgotten Pasta and Dough, Cakes and Chocolates.
“Cioccolatini Emotivici” were born from her great love for chocolate: a deliciously and constantly growing family of small delicacies.
Words, Lola’s and Cioccolatini’s playmates, then gave life to a blog.
