Identità di Formazione offers the opportunity of alternating school and work, in addition to a work experience in direct contact with “signature cooking” from all over the world, to highly motivated students with an obvious vocation in “food service”.

The kitchen can be a place where you begin working as a team and then continue using the method on the job for achieving your objective.

Our Cooking Team Building has this as its mission.  The scheme is not the same for everyone, but your objective is the starting point and we then develop a “customized course” specifically for you.
