Here is a light dessert that can enchant for the colors, the fragrance and ultimately the taste.
Simple enough to prepare, but the final phase requires precision. It’s a challenge worth facing!
270 g | Butter |
180 g | All purpose flour |
1 dash | Salt |
450 g | Sugar |
180 g | Almond flour |
450 g | egg whites |
20 g | Rose infusion powder |
Melt butter and heat until the color is light brown. Cool.
Knead together all ingredients. Place dough in one or more rectangular baking dishes and bake in the oven at 175°C. for about 15 minutes.
600 g | Mixed berry juice |
300 g | Sugar |
8,5 g | Agar agar |
Mix all ingredients together and bring to boil.
Cool and pour on cooled bottom cake layer still in the pan.
q.b. | Fresh mixed berries |
q.b. | Mint leaves |
q.b. | Fresh rose petals |
After having poured the gelatine over the entire bottom cake layer, chill until the gelatine is completely crystallized.
Remove delicately from pan and cut into single rectangular portions with an adequate knife.
Complete by decorating each piece with fresh fruit, rose petals and mint leaves.
