Claudia Colombo is an “archicook”! She is a professional interior designer who has always cultivated her passion for cooking. When her children were diagnosed with celiac disease, she studied and experimented to make personalized recipes for the main dough preparations used in Italian traditional recipes. She paid particular attention to preparing her own mixtures obviously using non-gluten flours.
Convinced of the importance of food in staying healthy and preventing illness, she studied to receive her Natural Food Chef diploma. She also directly experimented on herself the benefits of changing eating habits. She integrated her own knowledge with new ingredients tolerated by those who have celiac disease or other alimentary intolerance. At the present, she teaches vegetarian and gluten-free cooking courses, organizes social eating evenings and is available as a private chef.
