Luisa has spent her life between Sicily and Milan. She inherited an authentic passion for cooking from a family where absolutely everyone cooked. In her past professional life, she was a consultant and trainer. Then her desire to specialize in natural foods, bio-macro-vegan style oriented her towards a diploma as a natural foods chef. She is now dedicated to vegetarian and vegan nutrition in her cooking activity.
She presently works as a vegetarian natural food cook and instructor.
