Daniele Falcone comes from Valva, a small town located in the Sele River Valley and dedicated to the propagation and cultivation of cereals/grains. He has always been dedicated to making bread and wine (he became a AIS sommelier in 2017). After several working experiences in Campania and abroad, he transferred to Milan in 2010 and immediately began collaborating with Rossopomodoro.
In 2014, he met Alberto Citterio, executive chef at the Seven Star Galleria. Together they planned and opened the “I 12 Gatti” restaurant and pizzeria in Piazza Duomo. Daniele was the head baker and pizza chef for four years.
